To put it simple, the internet is a great tool when it comes to find informations,recipes,images or even just to read the news! However, make sure that your sources of documentation are serious.
If used to much, it can lead to unfinished tasks, forgotten responsibilities and weight gain. Long-term effects are seen more in the physical symptoms such as backache, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and vision problems from staring at the screen.
In my opinion, the internet is an amazing place, where you can find lots of interesting stuff, just, if used properly
