The park in the village of Cubolta is located on both banks of the Cubolta River , which flows into the Dniester . It is located in Singerei district , 53 km north of Singerei and 18 km northeast of Balti . It is a protected area of the Republic of Moldova , representing a monument of landscape architecture . It is under the administration of Cubolta commune town hall. Of the approx. 50 old boyar parks in the Republic of Moldova, it is considered (in its original form) "the most beautiful".
